8. Purchased Benefits

8.A (Ranks/Perks) We reserve the right to change without notice any perk amount or rank amount.

8.B You Agree that we reserve the right to change the availability of a perk or the contents of any rank, though we may exchange perks or ranks if we deem this necessary (The availability of ranks and perks will only change if we deem it absolutely necessary). Perks are earned and cannot be changed, traded or sold to other players or people. Perks can only be used on one Minecraft account only which is the account you supply us on the website when you donate. Players are allowed to "gift" perks to another player by purchasing them under the name of another player by specifying that persons account on checkout.

9. Bans (denial of entry to our services)

9.A Each of our servers have a rule set specific to the game being played on that server. If you violate those rules you agree that we will take action, applying a server ban (a ban on just that server for a limited or unlimited time) or a network ban which will affect you across all of our servers and websites.

9.B APPEALS you may appeal bans in the "appeals" section of our Discord. YOU AGREE that appeals are not guaranteed. Appeals will be thoughtfully reviewed by our staff if a mistake has been made your status in our servers will be immediately restored

10. Refund Policy

PixelMC does not allow for refund requests if the purchaser has changed their mind or needs money for other services. PixelMC does abide by American consumer law regarding refunds.

11. Purchase Policy

By purchasing anything on this website you agree that you have the authorisation of the person whose funds are being used for the transaction. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental / guardian permission.
